15/01/2021ALL ANNUAL RETURNS HAVE BEEN POSTED

Each owner of land in the Parish St Peter has been served with a notice to make a Return of all land, houses, buildings and other structures owned at 1 January 2021. 

Any owner who has not received a notice and Return should contact the Connétable immediately.

By virtue of this Notice each owner shall be taken to have been served with a notice and it shall not be an excuse for non-compliance for an owner to show that a notice was not served on him.

Any person who fails without reasonable cause to make a Return by 5 Feburary 2021 is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding £1,000. A person charged with this offence may be dealt with at a Parish Hall Enquiry and may accept a fine not exceeding £200.

Transfer of land: where ownership of land is transferred, written notice of the transfer of land must be given by both the former owner and the new owner to the Connétable within seven days of the date of transfer. A person who fails to do this without reasonable cause is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding £10,000.

Change of name or address of owner or occupier: where an owner or occupier of property on 1 January 2021 changes his/her name and/or address the person must give notice to the Connétable within seven days of that change. A person who fails to do this without reasonable cause is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding £1,000.

14/01/2021Reminder : All dog licences are now due for renewal by 31/01/2021

​All licences for dogs have to be renewed by the end of January. Any dogs renewed after this date will be at a fee of £20.00 per dog. Please go to the licences tab for an application form.

As the office is currently closed you can call to make a payment for your dog over the phone by card if you wish.

  
16/06/2020St Peters Youth & Community Centre

St Peter's Youth & Community Centre Management Committee are looking for a new Secretary & Treasurer. 

The committee meet bi monthly and provide leaderships and management of the centre. 

The Centre has a great team of staff that do the day to day delivery, with the committee supporting by providing good governance.

Any one interested in becoming a member of the committee please contact the Parish Hall and details will be forwarded to Mark Capern the current chairperson
