There are two vacancies becoming available at Maison Le Marquand, one for a ground floor bedsit and one first floor bedsit. Applicants must be 60 and over.  All applicants must be residentially qualified and able to live independently as no nursing care is provided.  The rent (subject to annual reviews) is inclusive of heat and water and parking.

No caretakers are in attendance.  Preference will be given to applicants with connections to the Parish of St. Peter, but all applications are welcome.

Application forms are available from the Parish Hall during office hours and must be completed and returned by Friday 29 November 2019, addressed to the Connẻtable, c/o Parish Hall, Rue des Fosses, St. Peter JE3 7AH

The list to receive names for this event opens on 01 November 2019 and due to a limited amount of places available, names will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Please contact the Parish Hall on 481236 to book your place before 29 November 2019.

 

  
19/09/2019To All Parish land owners

A Parish Plan Committee has been formed to provide input into the Island Plan Review on behalf of the parish.

The Committee is endeavouring to identify sites that may be suitable to build affordable housing. Some sites have already been brought to the attention of the committee. Any parishioners who would be willing to have land they own re-zoned for affordable housing are requested to get in touch.

For land to be considered as part of this process please respond by Friday 27 September 2019. The committee may not be able to take forward sites identified after this date.

In the first instance please provide in writing the name and location of the land together with any other relevant information as soon as possible to Connẻtable R P Vibert, St Peters Parish Hall, Rue des Fosses, St Peter JE3 7AH.
