25/08/2020Reminder for St Peters Parish Rates

2020 Rate Demands

Rate Demands for 2020 have now been sent to all St Peter ratepayers.

Any ratepayer who has not received a rate demand should contact the Connétable immediately. By virtue of this Notice each ratepayer shall be taken to have received a demand for payment of rate and it shall not be an excuse for non-payment that it was not received.

The Rate is payable on demand. A surcharge of 10% will be added to all amounts not paid within 3 months of the date of the bill. Payment must be received by Friday 30 October to avoid a surcharge.

  
10/07/2020Applicants from those over 60 may apply

Maison Le Marquand

There is a vacancy becoming available at Maison Le Marquand, for a first floor bedsit. Applicants must be 60 and over.  All applicants must be residentially qualified and able to live independently as no nursing care is provided.  The rent (subject to annual reviews) is inclusive of heat and water and parking.

No caretakers are in attendance.  Preference will be given to applicants with connections to the Parish of St. Peter, but all applications are welcome.

Application forms are available from the Parish Hall during office hours and must be completed and returned by Friday 24 July 2020, addressed to the Connẻtable, c/o Parish Hall, Rue des Fosses, St. Peter JE3 7AH.

  
16/06/2020St Peters Youth & Community Centre

St Peter's Youth & Community Centre Management Committee are looking for a new Secretary & Treasurer. 

The committee meet bi monthly and provide leaderships and management of the centre. 

The Centre has a great team of staff that do the day to day delivery, with the committee supporting by providing good governance.

Any one interested in becoming a member of the committee please contact the Parish Hall and details will be forwarded to Mark Capern the current chairperson
